Should they pick it up to see what all the fuss is about, they will realize that their RULEBOOK app has updated to version 2.0. [Carlos is waiting for her inside the hospital room, staring at the heart monitor when she arrives. He'll glance up as she walks into the room, lifting a hand in greeting.]

I don't know what each possibility is until you've picked it. They could be in a different order, or they could be the same as last time. Right now, they just look like fleshlights to me.
