Tonbokiri, Beck or Wei Wuxian would be my guesses. Tonbokiri because he's been under a lot of duress lately which is a hotbed for demons who get off on that sort of thing, Wei Wuxian because of what he can do, and the fact that he had a whole zombie-hand sticking out of his chest and we don't know what lingering effects could be left, and Beck because...she'd be the perfect host if a demon wanted someone well liked and unassuming.
