She was ill during trial and claimed it was the poison, but Zero was fine when they should've been roughly in the same proximity of Aizawa's corpse. Aizawa proved that the hosts don't have any kind of immunity, though, so Zero being unaffected shouldn't point to her being possessed.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's nothing and Muzet just got unlucky. But I haven't exactly had great reasons for any of my checks.

He showed me yesterday and I wrote it down as soon as I got back to my room. He told me the note wasn't handwritten this time but he wasn't sure if anybody else would be able to see it, so he wrote a copy, too.

You can check what people purchase from the gift shop and people's Finansex balance. Kagachi can check if someone is possessed by a demon at the beginning of the week. Haymitch can check on everyone one selected person has spoken to, I'm gonna guess during the course of a week because that seems like the right amount of time. Dick has tasks he's running to receive mystery items that're supposed to help us. Beck makes a choice between three things each week that can be distributed through the ship somehow. Nikkari has the ability to speak to one of our dead friends for a certain amount of time once a week. [...] And Escha had the ability to save someone from an exorcism so they wouldn't die.

Plus myself, obviously.
