That was Escha's title as well, right? So it should have a similar function—preventing death, in some way?

Yeah. Escha could protect people from dying during an exorcism. One of the things I asked her when we played twenty questions was if she could save someone from being possessed or dying on Thursdays and she said no. Maybe those are the functions of the two cockblockers remaining.

I can try if you're not up for it. Getting a hold of her shouldn't be too hard, and I might be able to use Escha as a lead-in. Besides, I can always use my last conversation with her as a reason to pinpoint her.

I don't mind doing it either. Since I admitted to figuring Escha out before, I wouldn't be surprised if she's already convinced I have a role.
