[He reaches out to touch the wall she's next to, but...ah. Yeah. He's like a ghost. He stares at his hand for a moment, before glancing over at her.]

So this is what they were talking about as far as how the sides communicate...

Anyway, we know there's a ritual we need to complete on day 50 to get rid of the demons or whatever, and we've got most of the items for it. Junpei went ahead and doxxed all the roles the other day, too. Nikkari's got the same job as me, as you've probably heard, and he's talking to Hizamaru this week. Wanted me to talk to Shiraishi, but... Eh.

[She shrugs.]

You got anything new for us?

I will let Escha know. I don't know if this is because we have been strengthening the hosts on our side...but it's a good sign.

We're about to go back to the ruins for more information since Carlos and Polly are stronger now, so probably more information is on the way. [A beat.] Oh, and Polly is back on our side. She seems...distraught. Upset. She's unnaturally aware of how much harm she caused all of us by summoning those things. She won't tell us what she did, but it seemed she broke a rule, and was punished for it. [He tilts his head.] He is, yes. I assume one of you killed the demon inside of him?

[These items are so weirdly specific? But, sure, Katy takes careful note of Illumi's words.]

What do you mean she's unnaturally aware? She still doesn't get it...? And, uh, probably? I don't know what happened to Maou. He just went missing earlier in the week. We haven't heard anything.

Well, even where we are, she was...flippant, I guess the word was. Like, she didn't seem to regret summoning the sex demons. But now...now she is, for some reason.

Well, he was the one who killed Muzet. Did you know that? I assume that the role that kills demons just went after him after that.

[But she nods at the mention of Muzet.]

I've heard that's the running theory, but it's good to have confirmation. Sure didn't know there's a role that kills demons, though. Which one is it?

Next week, I'll call on Maou. I'd ring you up again but I can't summon the same person twice in a row. If you guys on the other side have anything you want us living to know, tell Maou so he can pass it on to me.
